Preview: Lazio vs.Trabzonspor

Sports Mole looks ahead to Thursday's final Europa League group clash between Lazio and Turkish side Trabzonspor.

These two sides may have already qualified for the knockout stages of the Europa League, but there is still plenty to play for in Rome on Thursday evening.

For hosting Lazio, the equation is simple. They need to record a victory to finish at the summit, while any other result will see Trabzonspor hold on to top spot.

The home side will have to make do without the services of German international striker Miroslav Klose because of a muscular injury, while defender Stefan Radu is also expected to sit out the contest.

Meanwhile, the visitors will be without former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Didier Zokora because of suspension. However, the ex-Chelsea duo of winger Florent Malouda and full-back Jose Bosingwa are both likely to start.

When the two sides met in Trabzon earlier in the campaign, Lazio recovered from a two-goal deficit to secure a 3-3 draw.
