Eighteen-year-old Arsenal winger Amario Cozier-Duberry could reportedly make his first-team debut for the Gunners against West Ham United on Sunday.

Arsenal protege Amario Cozier-Duberry could reportedly make his senior competitive debut for the North London giants in Sunday's Premier League London derby with West Ham United.

The 18-year-old - who is comfortable on the right or left wing - has been making a name for himself in the Gunners' academy with seven goals and three assists from 14 games at youth level this term.

Cozier-Duberry has directly contributed to eight goals from nine Premier League 2 matches in the current campaign - five of his own and three assists - while also netting twice in four UEFA Youth League contests.

Tipped to follow in the footsteps of fellow Hale End graduate Bukayo Saka, Cozier-Duberry has frequently trained with the first team under Mikel Arteta, who has also included him in a handful of matchday squads.

The England Under-19 international made the bench in the Premier League and Europa League last season, and he has found himself among the substitutes in the EFL Cup and Champions League in the current campaign, but he is yet to see the field in a senior competitive match.

Cozier-Duberry has featured in a first-team capacity for Arsenal in friendly matches, coming off the bench in clashes with Lyon and AC Milan during the 2022 Dubai Super Cup, while also earning minutes against Juventus at the Emirates later that month.

Having continued to go from strength to strength at Under-21 level, The Mirror claims that Arteta may consider handing Cozier-Duberry his first-team debut at the London Stadium this weekend.

The report claims that the Spaniard has been left hugely impressed with the youngster, who is regarded as one of their top teenage prospects alongside Ethan Nwaneri, Reuell Walters and Myles Lewis-Skelly.

Any minutes for Cozier-Duberry would come from the bench in the capital, as Saka is expected to shake off a knock to the ankle to make himself fit, while Reiss Nelson and Leandro Trossard are alternative options should the England international not make the cut.

The 18-year-old's future has been the subject of much debate recently, as he is only contracted to Arsenal until the end of June, and a host of European clubs are supposedly queuing up to present offers.

All of Borussia Dortmund, Newcastle United, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Ajax and Anderlecht are reported to hold an interest in the England youth international, but Arsenal are desperate to tie him down and remain in talks with his entourage over a new deal.

Arsenal begin the weekend two points behind Liverpool in third place in the Premier League table, also adrift of Manchester City - who have a game in hand - on goal difference.
