Team News: Cameron Jerome leads Norwich City line against visiting Brentford

Norwich City decide to start Cameron Jerome up top alone as they welcome promotion-chasing Brentford to Carrow Road in the Championship.

Norwich City have put their faith in lone striker Cameron Jerome as they welcome visiting Brentford in the Championship this afternoon.

Jerome is to be backed creatively by three deeper attackers in the shape of Nathan Redmond, Gary Hooper and Kyle Lafferty.

The promotion-hunting Bees will also be led by a solitary frontman, with Andre Gray receiving midfield support from the likes of Alex Pritchard, Jota and Moses Odubajo.

Nick Proschwitz and Alan Judge remain out through injury, while Brentford boss Mark Warburton has deemed the fixture a little too early for new loan signing Chris Long.

Norwich City: Ruddy; Martin, Cuellar, Turner, Olsson; Whittaker, Johnson; Redmond, Hooper, Lafferty; Jerome

Brentford: Button; Bidwell, Dean, Douglas, Odubajo, Dallas, Gray, Diagouraga, Pritchard, Jota, Tarkowski
