Manchester United Paul Pogba will reportedly have to almost halve his wages in order to return to Juventus this summer.

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba will reportedly have to halve his wages if he wants to rejoin Juventus this summer.

With just over three months remaining on his contract, Pogba is expected to depart United at the end of the season, ending a six-year stint at Old Trafford.

Juventus, along with the likes of Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, are said to be monitoring the situation ahead of making a formal approach for the World Cup winner.

According to Calciomercato, former club Juventus will remain as outsiders for the 29-year-old's signature unless he is prepared to lower his financial demands.

The report claims that the Italian giants can only afford to offer Pogba a deal worth £8m per season, significantly lower than his current terms at United.

Should Juventus qualify for the Champions League and part ways with at least one of their out-of-favour midfielders, they may be able to improve their offer for the World Cup winner.
