Manchester City's players will reportedly not be allowed back at their training ground for another week amid coronavirus concerns.

Manchester City's training ground could reportedly be on lockdown for another week amid coronavirus fears.

Following positive COVID-19 results for Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta and Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi, all Premier League matches have been suspended until April 4 at the earliest.

The outbreak has also seen several training centres closed off with players forced into self-isolation, and according to The Mirror, the City Football Academy complex could be out of bounds for another week.

The report also claims that the current Premier League champions have assigned personalised fitness programmes to the first-team squad, and as many City staff as possible have been working from home.

Former City defender Eliaquim Mangala revealed that he had tested positive for COVID-19 at the weekend, while left-back Benjamin Mendy's test came back negative after a precautionary self-isolation period.
