Tom Huddlestone: 'Hull City must keep believing'

Hull midfielder Tom Huddlestone admits that a "massive effort" will be needed from the team to avoid the drop following their defeat to Spurs.

Tom Huddlestone has admitted that a "massive effort" is needed from Hull City to avoid relegation following their defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.

The Tigers sit two points adrift of safety with one game left to play after suffering a 2-0 loss at White Hart Lane on Saturday.

Hull must beat Manchester United at the KC Stadium next weekend if they want to give themselves a chance of staying in the Premier League.

"We shouldn't be losing that game today," Huddlestone tweeted. "Created enough chances, but if you don't take them you can be punished as we were. A massive effort needed next week, everyone together! We have to keep believing."

Steve Bruce's side have now lost their last three games in a row in the Premier League.
