Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Chelsea could line up for Sunday's Premier League clash with Everton.

Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher will make his comeback from a one-game ban for Sunday's Premier League clash with Everton at Goodison Park.

The England international was banished from the field for a pair of bookable offences against Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend, forcing him to miss Wednesday's 2-1 defeat to Manchester United.

All of Romeo Lavia (ankle), Christopher Nkunku (knee), Wesley Fofana (knee), Trevoh Chalobah (thigh), Carney Chukwuemeka (knee), Ben Chilwell (hamstring), Malo Gusto (tendon), Noni Madueke (unspecified) and Lesley Ugochukwu (unspecified) were missing from the squad at Old Trafford too, but Lavia and Nkunku may now be in with a slim chance of making their competitive debuts here.

Robert Sanchez's penalty save from Bruno Fernandes was in vain at Old Trafford, but the Spaniard will continue in between the posts, likely with an identical defensive shield of Axel Disasi and Thiago Silva.

Reece James was only a substitute versus the Red Devils after returning from a ban but will surely take his rightful place in defence here, forcing Marc Cucurella to the bench as Levi Colwill continues on the left-hand side.

Moises Caicedo left a lot to be desired in midweek, but the Ecuadorian is primed to continue alongside Enzo Fernandez here, as any Lavia debut will almost certainly come from the bench.

Gallagher's return could also spell danger for Mykhaylo Mudryk, as Cole Palmer is seemingly a shoo-in to retain his place alongside Raheem Sterling and Nicolas Jackson owing to his smartly-taken equaliser against Man United.

Chelsea possible starting lineup: Sanchez; James, Disasi, Silva, Colwill; Caicedo, Fernandez; Sterling, Gallagher, Palmer; Jackson
