How Arsenal could line up against Leicester City

Sports Mole looks at how Arsenal could line up for Sunday's Premier League meeting with Leicester City at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal welcome Leicester City to the Emirates Stadium on Sunday in a battle between two sides with their sights set on breaking into the top four this season.

The Gunners have won three of their opening five games, with their only defeats coming away to Liverpool and Manchester City - the latter of which was their last Premier League outing.

Mikel Arteta's side still sit behind Sunday's visitors in the table, but Leicester have lost their last two and are without an away win over Arsenal since 1973.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how the hosts could line up for Sunday's showdown.

Possible ARS XI vs. LEI

Out: Rob Holding (hamstring), Pablo Mari (ankle), Calum Chambers (knee), Gabriel Martinelli (knee)
Doubtful: Willian (calf), Dani Ceballos (ankle)

Thomas Partey is all set for his full Premier League debut in this match following an eye-catching bow for the club against Rapid Vienna on Thursday night.

The deadline-day arrival earned immediate comparisons with Patrick Vieira on his first start for the Gunners and is likely to retain his place in the starting XI for this match as a result.

There will be a few changes around him, though, with the likes of Hector Bellerin, Kieran Tierney and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang among those in line to return to the starting XI.

Aubameyang came off the bench to score the winner in Austria, although he has failed to find the back of the net in his last four league games and could go five in a row without scoring for the first time since 2014.

Willian is expected to be fit for this match after missing Thursday's game with a slight calf injury he sustained during last weekend's defeat to Manchester City.

Dani Ceballos was another absentee in midweek having also picked up a knock against Man City, although he too should recover from his bruised ankle in time to feature.

Bernd Leno will keep his place in goal, meanwhile, despite an error-strewn performance in Vienna.
