Strictly Come Dancing, week four: Clara Amfo leads with near-perfect score

Clara Amfo is the shock new leader on week four of Strictly Come Dancing, earning a near-perfect score for her charleston.

Clara Amfo has rocketed to the top of the leaderboard after the fourth week of performances on Strictly Come Dancing.

Having been languishing near the bottom for the first few weeks of the series, the Radio 1 DJ delivered a stunning charleston with partner Aljaz Skorjanec to earn a near-perfect 29 out of 30 from the judges.

Tens were also handed out to HRVY and Bill Bailey, who shared second place, while Jamie Laing continued to improve and rank fourth with his first nine of the competition.

Down the other end, JJ Chalmers finds himself in trouble with 17, while Max George and last week's table-topper Ranvir Singh are also in danger of facing tomorrow night's dance-off.

The week four judges' leaderboard in full:

1. Clara Amfo and Aljaz Skorjanec: 29
