Strictly Come Dancing's 2021 lineup reveal will begin tonight with the confirmation of the first three celebrities.

The first three celebrities taking part in this year's Strictly Come Dancing will be revealed tonight, it has been confirmed.

The show returns for a new series next month - and after coronavirus disrupted proceedings last year, this year the series will run for the full 13 weeks with a full lineup of 15 couples.

In a surprise announcement on Twitter this afternoon, Strictly's official account revealed that the first three famous faces will be unveiled during tonight's episode of The One Show, airing on BBC One from 7pm.

In keeping with previous years, the remaining celebrities in the lineup are set to be announced thick and fast on various TV and radio shows over the coming days.

The new series will see returning judges Craig Revel Horwood, Shirley Ballas and Motsi Mabuse joined by Anton Du Beke, who has been drafted in to replace Bruno Tonioli while he works in the US.
