Curtis Pritchard 'booed off stage for lubricant sex joke'

Curtis Pritchard was reportedly booed off stage when he attempted stand-up comedy for a new Channel 4 series.

Curtis Pritchard was reportedly booed off stage during his debut turn as a stand-up comedian.

The former Love Island star, 25, is one of several celebrities taking on the daunting task of becoming comedians for Channel 4's new series Stand Up and Deliver in aid of the annual Stand Up To Cancer charity drive.

According to The Sun, however, Pritchard was left shocked when his attempt at a smutty joke on stage resulted in the audience reacting with loud boos.

"So this one time, I take this girl home, we go into the bedroom and she tells me she likes it in the dark," Pritchard said.

"I reached down into the bottom drawer to pull out my extracurricular activity equipment, shall we say. Got some lubricant out...

"She starts screaming... and I'm thinking, 'Damn am I that good?'

"She's screaming, 'It's burning', I turn the light on and look down and I've got a tub of hand sanitiser next to me... that was the last time I saw her!"

Pritchard's set will be shown in next week's episode of the show, which airs Thursday at 9pm on Channel 4.
