RuPaul's Drag Race premiere hit with problems on Netflix

The premiere episode of the new season of RuPaul's Drag Race is hit by a technical glitch on Netflix.

The premiere episode of the new season of RuPaul's Drag Race has been hit by technical problems on Netflix in the UK and Ireland.

The episode became available on the streaming service at 8am this morning following its broadcast in the US last night, but users have reported a glitch around the 20-minute mark.

At that stage of the episode, the programme appears to end and users are presented with the usual Netflix prompt for shows to watch next - despite there being more than 40 minutes of the episode remaining.

In a post on Twitter, Netflix wrote: "We're aware of an issue with the new episode of Drag Race at the 20 minute mark and are looking into it.

"For now, going back into the episode and skipping to ~21 mins should allow the episode to play in full.

"Sorry! We'll update you when the issue is resolved."

Other users have pointed out that selecting 'Watch credits' when the prompt appears at the 20-minute mark allows the rest of the episode to play out in full.
