Mauricio Pochettino set for January transfer talks with Daniel Levy?

Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly set to discuss a shake up of the Tottenham Hotspur squad over the January transfer window with chairman Daniel Levy

Mauricio Pochettino and Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy will reportedly meet for discussions over how to shake up the current squad during the January transfer window.

Many have questioned whether the Argentine will last until Christmas following a nightmare start to the 2019-20 season.

Following a humiliating EFL Cup exit to Colchester United and a 7-2 home defeat to Bayern Munich, Spurs then lost 3-0 away to Brighton & Hove Albion to round off a nightmare month for the North London side.

However, according to the Daily Star, Pochettino and Levy plan to meet over the next few weeks to discuss the changes that need to be made in January.

The pair are set to discuss exits for Eric Dier, Serge Aurier and Victor Wanyama, and will explore the possibility of letting Christian Eriksen leave amid interest from Real Madrid.

Moreover, Pochettino is said to be keen on reigniting an approach for Paulo Dybala, who came close to joining Spurs over the summer, along with making a bid for Nice right-back Youcef Atal.
