How Tottenham Hotspur could line up against West Ham United

Sports Mole looks at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Tuesday's Premier League encounter against rivals West Ham United.

Tottenham Hotspur head into their London derby with West Ham United on Tuesday eager to make headway up the Premier League standings.

Despite a generally-positive performance against Manchester United, Spurs remain off the pace in the race for a Champions League spot after only recording a 1-1 draw.

However, with the majority of his star names now available after injury and suspension, Jose Mourinho will be confident that his team will soon begin to pick up several much-needed victories.

Ahead of welcoming the Hammers, Sports Mole predicts how the North Londoners could line up against their rivals from the East side of England's capital.

After serving a one-match ban handed to him for comments made about the coronavirus pandemic, Dele Alli is expected to return to the starting lineup.

Providing that Steven Bergwijn and Son Heung-min have recovered from their first competitive match after injury, Erik Lamela is likely to be the player to miss out.

Despite impressing against United in the middle of the backline, Eric Dier may drop down to the substitutes' bench in order to allow for the recall of Toby Alderweireld.

Mourinho has plenty of options in the middle of the pitch, with Giovani Lo Celso and Gedson Fernandes pushing for recalls after featuring as replacements on Friday.

However, Moussa Sissoko and Harry Winks performed well as a partnership against United, which could lead to the duo retaining their respective places.

Lucas Moura will hope to return to the squad after suffering a head injury during training last week.
