Alexis Sanchez will reportedly undergo a medical with Inter Milan on Wednesday night ahead of a loan move from Manchester United.

Alexis Sanchez has reportedly landed in Italy to undergo a medical with Inter Milan ahead of completing a loan move to Antonio Conte's side from Manchester United.

The 30-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to Inter in recent weeks, and it is understood that United have now sanctioned a loan move to San Siro.

According to Sky in Italy, Sanchez has touched down in Italy ahead of undergoing a medical with I Nerazzurri, who could confirm the South American's arrival on Wednesday night.

Conte's side will allegedly contribute around £4.5m of the attacker's salary for the remainder of the 2019-20 campaign, although there is no option for the deal to become permanent next summer.

As a result, the move will still end up costing United in the region of £6m.

The Chilean has only scored five times in 45 appearances for the Red Devils in all competitions, with just three of those strikes coming in the Premier League.

Sanchez, who still has three years left to run on his contract at Old Trafford, has previously turned out in Serie A for Udinese.
