Manchester United hope to complete a £75m double swoop for Raphael Varane and Eduardo Camavinga, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly hoping to pull off a double swoop for Raphael Varane and Eduardo Camavinga for a combined fee of £75m.

Varane has allegedly given Man United his word that he will complete a transfer to Old Trafford this summer, but the Red Devils still need to agree a price with Real Madrid.

Meanwhile, teenage starlet Camavinga is due to become a free agent at the end of next season, and Rennes could be pressured into selling him this summer before he walks away for nothing in 2022.

According to Marca, Man United - who have already agreed to fork out £73m to sign Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund - are now ready to cough up close to the same amount of money in order to land Varane and Camavinga.

There were suggestions that Rennes could accept a figure of £25m for Camavinga's departure given his contract situation, but the French side have supposedly laughed off such a notion.

Paris Saint-Germain are also rumoured to be keeping tabs on Camavinga's situation at Les Rouge et Noir, where he has already scored two goals and bagged five assists in 82 games.
