How Manchester United could line up against Leicester City

Sports Mole looks at how Manchester United could line up in Sunday's Premier League clash with Leicester City.

Manchester United will head to Leicester City on Sunday afternoon knowing that a point would be enough to secure a top-four finish in the Premier League table.

The Red Devils are currently third in the division, ahead of fourth-placed Chelsea on goal difference and one point clear of fifth-placed Leicester.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side were held to a 1-1 draw by West Ham United on Wednesday but know that a point at the King Power Stadium would be enough to book their spot in next season's Champions League.

Leicester, meanwhile, would guarantee a top-four finish with a win over the 20-time English champions, although a point could also be enough if Chelsea were to lose to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how United could line up on Sunday afternoon.

United will again be without the services of Axel Tuanzebe and Phil Jones through injury, but Solskjaer said during Friday's pre-match press conference that Luke Shaw and Eric Bailly could both be available.

Shaw has been on the sidelines since picking up an ankle injury against Bournemouth on July 4, but the Englishman is expected to return to the XI for this game, replacing Brandon Williams in the process.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka started on the bench against West Ham due to a knock, but the former Crystal Palace defender will return to the right-back spot for Sunday's key encounter.

Elsewhere, there are not expected to be alterations from the side that started against the Hammers.

Indeed, Nemanja Matic is set to feature alongside Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes in midfield, with Mason Greenwood joining Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford as part of a front three.

As a result, the likes of Odion Ighalo, Juan Mata, Fred and Daniel James should be left in reserve.
