Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson returns to the Reds' starting XI for Saturday's Premier League home game against Watford.

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has been reinstated to the Reds' starting XI for Saturday's Premier League home game against Watford.

The England midfielder was on the bench for last weekend's 2-1 defeat at Manchester United but has been brought back into the starting lineup.

Jurgen Klopp has removed Dejan Lovren from the squad, reportedly due to an ankle injury, with Joel Matip starting at centre-back instead.

Joe Gomez and Georginio Wijnaldum also come into Liverpool's starting XI, while James Milner, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain all drop to the bench.

Watford manager Javi Gracia has made one change from their 3-0 loss at Arsenal as Miguel Britos comes in for Daryl Janmaat.

Craig Cathcart, meanwhile, returns having been sidelined by injury since August and makes the Hornets' bench.
