West Bromwich Albion and Chelsea make three changes apiece ahead of their Premier League clash at the Hawthorns.

West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis has made three changes ahead of his side's Premier League clash against Chelsea at the Hawthorns.

Craig Gardner, Youssouf Mulumbu and Victor Anichebe drop to the bench in favour of James Morrison, Callum McManaman and Saido Berahino.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has also made three changes as Diego Costa returns from injury to take the place of Willian, while Gary Cahill and Nemanja Matic replace Kurt Zouma and Jon Obi Mikel in the Blues starting XI.

Meanwhile 19-year-old midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek starts again in central midfield for the Premier League champions.
