How Barcelona could line up against Levante

Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Sunday's La Liga clash with Levante.

Barcelona will be looking to return to winning ways in Spain's top flight when they welcome 13th-placed Levante to Camp Nou on Sunday night.

The Catalan giants recorded a 5-0 win over Leganes in the Copa del Rey on Thursday night but suffered a 2-0 loss away to Valencia in La Liga last weekend.

The defeat at the Mestalla saw Barca relinquish first spot in the table to Real Madrid, although Quique Setien's side are currently only three points off the summit on the same number of matches.

Here, Sports Mole looks at the home side could line up on Sunday night.


POSS BAR XI vs. LEV

Out: Ousmane Dembele (hamstring), Luis Suarez (knee), Neto (ankle)

Barca will again be without the services of key forwards Ousmane Dembele and Luis Suarez this weekend, while number two goalkeeper Neto is still out with an ankle complaint.

The Catalan giants did not pick up any fresh concerns against Leganes on Thursday, although there are expected to be changes from the Copa del Rey clash.

Samuel Umtiti, Arthur and Sergi Roberto are all in line to return to the starting XI and having fielded a 4-3-3 formation last time out, there is every chance that could again be the case in this match.

Setien's three-man defence has failed to impress thus far in La Liga, and a front three could open the door for Ansu Fati to earn another start alongside Antoine Griezmann and Lionel Messi in the final third.

There are plenty of options for change in the middle of the park, although Arturo Vidal and Ivan Rakitic are both expected to start on the bench on Sunday night, with Clement Lenglet also potentially dropping out.
