Arsenal are reportedly informed that it will cost £36m to sign Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos during the summer.

Real Madrid have reportedly informed Arsenal that it will cost £36m to sign Dani Ceballos during the summer.

Ceballos is currently spending a season-long loan at the Emirates Stadium, one which has been indifferent due to time spent on the sidelines through injury and lack of form.

The playmaker has made 13 starts and 10 substitute outings in all competitions, scoring just the one goal in the Europa League group stages.

According to The Mirror, the Gunners will only be able to push through a permanent deal if they meet Real's asking price.

As they look to raise transfer funds for other signings, Los Blancos are allegedly looking to recoup £36m for the 23-year-old.

Ceballos still has over three years remaining on his contract at the Bernabeu.
