Arsenal to sign Benito Raman in £13m deal?

Arsenal are eyeing a £13m summer move for Fortuna Dusseldorf centre-forward Benito Raman, according to a report.

Arsenal are reportedly eyeing a £13m summer move for Fortuna Dusseldorf centre-forward Benito Raman.

Raman has found the back of the net on 10 occasions in 27 appearances for his German club this season.

According to Bild, the 24-year-old is one of a number of players who will leave Dusseldorf this summer, and Arsenal are considering a swoop.

The same report, though, claims that the Gunners will face competition from Everton for a player who has found the back of the net on 20 occasions in 56 appearances for his current club.

Raman - a former Belgium Under-21 international - came through the youth system at Gent before making 68 appearances for the Buffalos in all competitions.
