The upcoming second season of The White Lotus will reportedly be set and filmed on the Italian island of Sicily.
The dark comedy drama - one of the breakout hits of 2021 - follows a group of guests and staff at a luxury hotel, and was based in Hawaii for its first season.
A mostly-new cast of characters are on board for season two and the location is also set to change, with Variety reporting that the setting will be the Sicilian outpost of The White Lotus hotel chain.
The publication says that the Four Seasons San Domenico Palace in Taormina is being used for filming, with the hotel's website confirming that the venue is currently closed to guests until April 1.
A premiere date for the second season has yet to be confirmed, although the rumoured filming dates suggest that it could air before the end of the year.
