Shannen Doherty has told fans that her cancer has now spread to her brain.
The 52-year-old actress - known for shows including Charmed - was diagnosed with stage-four breast cancer in 2019, having previously overcome the disease several years prior.
In an update posted to social media, Doherty revealed that the cancer has now spread and shared a video of her undergoing treatment in hospital.
She wrote: "My fear is obvious. I am extremely claustrophobic and there was a lot going on in my life.
"I am fortunate as I have great doctors like Dr Amin Mirahdi and the amazing techs at cedar sinai. But that fear.... The turmoil..... the timing of it all.... This is what cancer can look like."
