Katie Price to change name to Katie Woods

Katie Price outlines plans to change her name to Katie Woods when she weds her boyfriend of four months Carl Woods.

Katie Price has revealed that she will change her name to Katie Woods when she gets married to new boyfriend Carl Woods.

The 42-year-old started dating Woods - a 31-year-old car salesman - only four months ago but the pair have already outlined plans to move in together, get married and have a child.

Price has previously been married to Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler and each time has kept her surname, but for marriage number four she has agreed to switch Price for Woods.

"We're excited about everything; babies and marriage. I've even discussed it with my mum and what it will be like," she told OK! magazine.

"And I'll change my name from Katie Price to Katie Woods – I've never done that before."

Woods added: "I wouldn't get married if you weren't going to change your name."

Despite announcing their intent to get married, Woods has not yet proposed to Price, although she has purchased an ovulation kit to help them conceive a child.
