Marilyse and Franky become this sixth couple to be paired up on Married At First Sight UK.

Franky and Marilyse became the sixth couple to get hitched on Married At First Sight UK tonight.

At 47, Franky - a strength and conditioning coach living in Dubai - is this season's oldest participant and the experts decided to pair him up with Marilyse, 36, who works as a personal trainer and nutritionist.

Meeting for the first time when she walked down the aisle, the first impression was good on both sides, with Franky comparing his new wife to "a princess".

"She walked very elegantly... lovely smile, eye contact straight away, perfect," he said.

Marilyse, meanwhile, compared Franky to Daniel Craig and said that she was instantly drawn to "the most piercing blue eyes I've ever seen".

During the photoshoot, Marilyse revealed that she has two young sons and was delighted when Franky took the news well - although she did have her own reservations about him being located in Dubai.

"She's sincere, she's smart, she's cool, she's fun. I like the girl," Franky remarked as the day drew to a close. "I'm a satisfied soldier."

Later, back at the hotel, Marilyse was quick to set the tone with the sleeping arrangements, announcing that she would be in the double bed and sending a disappointed Franky to sleep on the sofa.

Married At First Sight UK continues Monday at 9pm on E4.
