E4 confirms that it will air Married At First Sight Australia season seven this summer.

E4 has confirmed that it has the rights to season seven of Married At First Sight Australia and plans to broadcast it this summer.

Season six of the reality show has been airing on the channel since the New Year to great success, with an average audience of over 1.3 million viewers tuning in every weeknight.

With the finale airing this Monday, E4 has now announced that the seventh season - broadcast in Australia last spring - will be airing at some point this summer.

Channel 4 recently announced that the UK version of the show will be moving to E4 and will be adopting the long-form Australian format when it returns in a few months.

The finale of Married At First Sight Australia airs Monday night from 8.30pm on E4.
