Fergus learns that Ste is strapped for cash so offers to buy the Lomaxes' and rent it back to them and, with Warren's help, the shady new landlord gets his way. Later, we discover that he's installed a hidden camera in Peri's bedroom.

Meanwhile, Grace and Martine continue to fight for Felix's attentions.

George gets consumed by jealousy over John Paul's exes - and an argument sends John Paul on a path he may regret.

Martine calls a family meeting, while Peri is delighted to receive a gift of a bikini in the post - then tries it on, unaware that Fergus is watching through the hidden camera.

John Paul wakes up on Ste's sofa and is relieved that nothing happened between them, but lies to George about where he was. How will George react when he discovers the truth?

Elsewhere, Sid reveals that he wants to be a police officer and Tony decides to play matchmaker between Darren and Nancy.
