The six classic Liverpudlian anthems being showcased in tonight's grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest have been revealed.

Some of the competition's most memorable participants will perform covers as part of an interval act known as the 'Liverpool Songbook'.

Mahmood will open the segment with John Lennon's 'Imagine', followed by Netta with Dead Or Alive's iconic 'You Spin Me Round' and Dadi Freyr with a unique take on Atomic Kitten's 'Whole Again'.

Cornelia Jakobs will then appear for a cover of Mel C's 'I Turn To You', before Sonia - UK representative in 1993 - returns to the stage to perform her entry 'Better The Devil You Know'.

Duncan Laurence closes the segment with the world-famous Liverpool FC anthem 'You'll Never Walk Alone', joined on stage by the other five acts as well as hosts Hannah Waddingham, Graham Norton, Julia Sanina and Alesha Dixon.

Also performing in the interval is the UK's 2022 entry Sam Ryder, backed by the legendary Roger Taylor on drums.
