Aggie isn't feeling the (ex-) neighbourly love

Ed and Aggie are surprised when they bump into their old neighbours, Patrick and Yvette, while out for a meal. Aggie does her best to hide her frustration when Yvette insists on joining them.

Having borrowed Sally and Tim's house to entertain Patrick and Yvette, Aggie sets about cooking dinner. But when the guests arrive, Tim comes bounding down the stairs wearing Sally's pink dressing gown.

Max returns home

When Max learns that he's getting an early release, he is determined to stay at the STC and jams his bed across the door. David visits to try to convince him to come home as a tearful Max admits that he can't face it after all of the things he did.

Having been fitted with an ankle tag, Max hands a letter for Alya to a delivery driver. Alya reads the letter, in which Max describes how sorry is, but it only serves to raise her anger.

As he promised, Max tracks down Gav's girlfriend Bec at the precinct and they go for something to eat at the cafe. When Bec finishes her food, she taps her number into Max's phone and heads off, leaving him to foot the bill.

Careless Sarah's secret comes out...

Adam, Damon and Nick meet with the council to discuss the late licence and concerns about Damon's past. After Adam assures them that Damon's a changed man, they wait to hear whether they'll get the go-ahead.

Damon shows up at the flat pretending to look for Adam, but when Sarah tells him he's out, Damon pulls out a bottle of wine. As they lean in for a kiss they spring apart when Gail arrives at the flat explaining that Harry's got a temperature. Later, Harry catches Sarah and Damon in a passionate embrace.
