ITVX launches its initial range of 18 FAST channels, with stations dedicated to the likes of The Chase, Love Island and Vera.

ITV has launched a lineup of 18 live streaming channels on its major new service ITVX.

ITVX is being gradually rolled out across various platforms as the replacement for ITV Hub, with a lineup of thousands of hours of boxsets, premiere shows and movies available.

The service also features a range of 'FAST' (Free Ad-Supported TV) channels - akin to curated Spotify playlists - which broadcast 24/7 and are themed around certain genres or shows.

ITVX's launch lineup of stations has now gone live on devices which have already transitioned from the Hub to ITVX and can also be viewed through the itv.com website.

The channels include 'World Cup Classics', 'Crime Drama' and 'Christmas Movies', while there are also stations dedicated to showing non-stop episodes of The Chase, Vera, Love Island and Hell's Kitchen.

ITVX's range of FAST channels will be expanded to include more genres and shows over time.
