Leeds United can only be promoted back to the Premier League if they beat Southampton and Ipswich lose.
KEY FIXTURES
Ipswich Town vs. Huddersfield Town (Saturday, May 4 | 12.30pm)
Leeds United vs. Southampton (Saturday, May 4 | 12.30pm)
Huddersfield Town are effectively already relegated due to their vastly inferior goal difference. To stay up on the final day, they would need to win and for Plymouth Argyle to lose with a 15-goal swing between those two games, and for Birmingham City to either lose or draw with an 11-goal swing.
Birmingham City will be relegated if they lose against Norwich City on the final day, or if Plymouth Argyle win and both Blackburn Rovers and Sheffield Wednesday avoid defeat. A draw would only be enough to keep them up if Plymouth lose by five goals.
Plymouth Argyle will survive with a win, but a draw coupled with a Birmingham City win would send them down. A heavy defeat alongside Birmingham drawing could also see the Pilgrims relegated.
Sheffield Wednesday just need a point to guarantee their safety, but defeat coupled with wins for Birmingham and Plymouth would see them relegated.
Blackburn Rovers will also survive if they avoid defeat, but would be relegated if they lose, Sheffield Wednesday avoid defeat and both Birmingham and Plymouth win.

Motherwell vs. Livingston (Saturday, May 4 | 3pm)

Sporting Lisbon vs. Portimonense (Saturday, May 4 | 6pm)
Famalicao vs. Benfica (Sunday, May 5 | 8.30pm)
Vizela will be relegated if they lose to Moreirense on Friday night. They would also be relegated with a draw if Portimonense and Estrela both avoid defeat, while even a win would not be enough to keep them up if Portimonense, Estrela and Boavista all win.

Boavista vs. Gil Vicente (Saturday, May 4 | 3.30pm)
