Lleyton Hewitt: 'I haven't thought about retirement'

Former world number one Lleyton Hewitt insists that he has not yet thought about his future after exiting in the second round of the Australian Open.

Lleyton Hewitt has insisted that he has not been thinking about retiring after losing in the second round of the Australian Open.

The former world number one was beaten in four sets by Benjamin Becker earlier this week, after winning just one Grand Slam match in 2014.

The Australian told reporters: "I'll sit down and think about it. As I've said the whole time, I haven't thought about anything. But obviously the Davis Cup is the next main thing."

Hewitt has never won his home Grand Slam, but reached the final in 2005.
