Tom Zanetti admits to feeling "suicidal" following the death of his girlfriend over 10 years ago.

Tom Zanetti has revealed that he felt "suicidal" following the death of his girlfriend in 2010.

The musician was left devastated when Lizzie Pickavance, his girlfriend of three years, was killed in a car crash at the age of just 20.

In a new freestyle track for Charlie Sloth's YouTube channel, Zanetti rapped: "These are my issues and I know I'm not the only one who's feeling them. We're too brave and too proud, haunted by demons we're all concealing them. It's OK to speak out, just get it off your chest and start revealing them.

"At night I'm worrying, I wake up and I worry again. Every day I'm rushing and hurrying and can't wait for the day to end.

"I've been rock bottom, been bankrupt twice. I've been suicidal when my girlfriend died.

"Been without sleep for days into months and my head is nearly gone from prescription drugs."

Zanetti recently split from girlfriend Sophie Hermann, whom he met while filming E4's Celebs Go Dating: The Mansion.
