Ludvig Aberg has put himself into contention for a Ryder Cup captain's pick with victory at the Omega European Masters.
As one of the most highly-regarded amateurs in recent memory, all eyes have been on the Swede to see his transition to the professional ranks.
In 75 days, the 23-year-old has a DP World Tour title to his name after shooting a sublime 64 in his final round in Switzerland on Sunday.
The win was made all the more impressive after he opened with a bogey for the third day in a row, responding with seven birdies from the fifth hole onwards.
Aberg was able to finish two shots clear of compatriot Alexander Bjork, who did his own hopes of a wildcard from European captain Luke Donald no harm with a second place that moves him into third spot in the Race To Dubai standings.

Matt Fitzpatrick, who held the lead heading into the final round, could only finish in joint-third after a round of 69, but the 2022 US Open was able to seal an automatic Ryder Cup spot alongside Robert MacIntyre, despite his finish of 55th spot.
Scotland's Connor Syme ended the tournament alongside Fitzpatrick, whose brother Alex Fitzpatrick shared fifth alongside Nicolai Hojgaard and Joost Luiten.
Fitzpatrick may also come into contention for a shock captain's pick, although those slim chances may have been ended by Aberg's triumph.
Before this week's competition, Aberg had a tied-fourth at the John Deere Classic and Czech Masters to his name in his last five starts, and can claim to be one of the form players in the world.
