Monday's Chinese Super League predictions including Wuhan vs. Guangzhou

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Chinese Super League fixtures, including Wuhan vs. Guangzhou.

Wuhan vs. Guangzhou (Monday, 8.30am)

Wuhan entertain the challenge of Guangzhou at the Jinzhou Stadium on Monday in matchday eight of the 2022 Chinese Super League season.

Both teams suffered defeat in their respective last outings and will now be looking to get themselves back on track in this one.

We say: Wuhan 2-1 Guangzhou

The sides will head into the match sensing an opportunity to heap more misery on each other and we are expecting an open affair with chances at both ends. That said, we are tipping Wuhan to narrowly come out on top at the sound of the full-time whistle.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Shanghai Port vs. Hebei (Monday, 10.30am)

Fresh off the back of picking up their first win of the season, Hebei visit the Puwan Stadium to face Shanghai Port in round eight of the Chinese Super League on Monday.

The Red Eagles head into the game unbeaten in 11 of the last 13 meetings between the sides since 2016 and will look to extend their dominance over the visitors.

We say: Shanghai Port 2-0 Hebei

While Hebei will look to build on their win over Wuhan, they have struggled for results on the road, where they last picked up a win back in May 2021. Looking at past results between the sides, Shanghai Port are firm favourites to come away with all three points and we are backing them to do just that.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Chengdu Qianbao vs. Cangzhou (Monday, 12.30pm)

Round eight of the Chinese Super League comes to an end on Monday when Chengdu Qianbao play host to Cangzhou Mighty Lions at the Huitang Stadium.

The hosts are yet to taste victory this season, while Svetozar Sapuric's side head into the game on a run of six consecutive outings without a win.

We say: Chengdu Qianbao 1-1 Cangzhou Mighty Lions

With just one point separating Chengdu Qianbao and Cangzhou Mighty at the bottom half of the table, we expect them to take the game to each other as they both look to get their campaign up and running. However, we predict that the spoils will be shared with the evenly-matched sides leaning with a point apiece.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
