Mark Warburton hails on-loan Tottenham Hotspur youngster Nathan Oduwa

Mark Warburton praises midfielder Nathan Oduwa following Rangers' 5-0 victory over Raith Rovers.

Mark Warburton has praised midfielder Nathan Oduwa after his performance during Rangers' 5-0 win over Raith Rovers.

Goals from Lee Wallace, James Tavernier, Barry McKay and two Martyn Waghorn penalties gave Rangers the victory, but Warburton was most impressed by the performance of Tottenham Hotspur loanee Oduwa

"For a 19-year-old boy it's magnificent to show that level of quality," Warburton told BBC Sport.

"He knows he has to impact the game in a positive manner, which he did, where to do the tricks in the right places to have that positive end product.

"So, delighted for Nathan, he really did play well today but I'm not singling out one person. I thought we showed good quality all over the park today."

Oduwa came through the academy at Spurs but is yet to make a first-team appearance.
