Marcus Rashford's camp are reportedly left upset after Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer urged the striker to "prioritise his football".

Marcus Rashford's camp have reportedly been irked by comments towards the forward made by Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The England international made his first appearance of the new season off the bench against Leicester City, scoring his side's second goal as they fell to a 4-2 defeat at the weekend.

Rashford has also become renowned for his work off the pitch over the past 12 months, although Solskjaer recently claimed that his striker should "prioritise his football" instead.

According to The Athletic, Solskjaer's words have not gone down well with Rashford's camp, especially with the 23-year-old often on the receiving end of similar criticisms on social media.

The report adds that United believe the comments were misinterpreted, but the fact that the manager's words made headline news have upset those close to Rashford.

Despite taking just one point from their last three Premier League games, United reportedly have no intention of relieving Solskjaer of his duties.
