Friday's Championship predictions including Fulham vs. Cardiff City

Sports Mole provides score predictions for both of Friday's Championship matches - Huddersfield vs. Luton and Fulham vs. Cardiff City.

Huddersfield vs. Luton (Friday, 6.00pm)

Huddersfield Town head into their encounter with Luton Town on Friday evening having put together a three-match unbeaten streak in the Championship.

While the Terriers currently hold a spot above the relegation zone, bottom-placed Luton will realistically need to win at least two of their remaining four fixtures to avoid an immediate return to League One.

We say: Huddersfield Town 1-1 Luton Town

While both teams know what a win on Friday night could do for their season, they will equally be nervous about suffering a potentially-pivotal defeat. With that in mind, expect a tense affair with few goals, possibly shared evenly between the sides.

Fulham vs. Cardiff (Friday, 8.15pm)

Promotion-chasing rivals Fulham and Cardiff City face off at Craven Cottage on Friday evening in a big match at the top end of the Championship.

Fulham have won three games in a row and still have hope of finishing in the top two, while Cardiff are in possession of the final playoff spot despite defeat last time out.

We say: Fulham 1-1 Cardiff City

Both teams have won three out of five matches since returning to action last month and have plenty to play for in their remaining four games. Fulham have been tough to beat at home, while Cardiff have won three in a row away, so we are tipping this one to finish all square.
