Sergio Aguero is reportedly willing to sacrifice Champions League football next season to stay in the Premier League.

Sergio Aguero is reportedly willing to sacrifice Champions League football next season to stay in the Premier League and prove himself away from Manchester City.

After a hugely successful decade at the Etihad Stadium, the 32-year-old will leave City on a free transfer when his contract expires in June.

The Argentine is now allowed to talk with other European clubs and agree a pre-contract, but his representatives are still assessing the summer transfer market.

According to The Telegraph, London rivals Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are two clubs Aguero would consider signing for, yet both are far from guaranteed to play European football next season.

The striker would allegedly like to add to his 181 Premier League goals and will remain in England if the right offer is made.

Spanish giants Barcelona and Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint-Germain are also believed to be interested in signing Aguero this summer.

The South American has helped City win four Premier League titles, five League Cups and an FA Cup since joining the club in 2011, and there could be more silverware yet to come with Pep Guardiola's side still chasing a quadruple this season.
