Chelsea 1-3 Liverpool

Chelsea slipped to their sixth defeat in the Premier League this season as Liverpool came from behind to secure a <a href="/football/chelsea/result/result-coutinho-benteke-add-to-mourinhos-misery_255093.html">3-1 win</a> at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Ramires headed in for the home side less than four minutes after kickoff, but the visitors were level at half time after Philippe Coutinho netted the equaliser.

Coutinho put Liverpool ahead for the first time after the break before Christian Benteke sealed the team's first Premier League win under Jurgen Klopp late on.
