Chelsea ace Eden Hazard hails "great manager" Maurizio Sarri and says that he is a fan of the Italian's playing style.

Eden Hazard has said that he is delighted to have played a part in Chelsea's 3-2 victory over Arsenal, extending "great manager" Maurizio Sarri's winning start to the season.

The Belgium international came off the bench for the final half an hour at Stamford Bridge and set up Marcos Alonso's winning goal late on.

Hazard is being eased back into the side following his World Cup exploits in Russia, having also been benched for last week's 3-0 win against Huddersfield Town.

Speaking to BT Sport after the Blues' dramatic London derby triumph, Hazard revealed that he is a big fan of Sarri's playing style.

"It is better to be on the pitch than watching on the bench, but the boys when they are playing they did well so I am just happy for the win," he said.

"[Sarri] is the kind of manager who wants the ball, to control the ball. I can't say a wrong thing about that. I want to play and have the ball at my feet. We have players who can do something magic. He is a great manager, like we had before."

Hazard registered his 41st assist for Chelsea, taking him level with Cesc Fabregas for the Blues and behind only Frank Lampard (90), Didier Drogba (55) and Gianfranco Zola (42).
