Arsenal 'draw up three-man goalkeeping shortlist'

Arsenal reportedly draw up a three-man goalkeeping shortlist, with Bernd Leno set to leave the club in January.

Arsenal have reportedly drawn up a three-man goalkeeping shortlist, as the Gunners prepare for the exit of Bernd Leno during the January transfer window.

Leno has recently lost his spot as the club's number one to Aaron Ramsdale, and the Germany international is believed to be keen to secure a move away from the Emirates Stadium at the start of 2022.

According to the Daily Mail, Mikel Arteta's side have identified Ajax's Andre Onana, Barcelona's Neto and Brentford's David Raya as possible replacements.

However, the report claims that a move for Raya would be complicated, as the 26-year-old would not want to give up regular Premier League football to sit on the bench at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal spent £24m to sign Ramsdale from Sheffield United towards the end of the summer transfer window, and the Englishman has started his side's last three Premier League matches.

The Gunners will be looking to make it five victories in a row in all competitions when they travel to Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday evening.
