OJ Simpson convinced ex-husband of Tiger King's Carole Baskin is "tiger sashimi"

OJ Simpson shares his thoughts on Tiger King and the allegation that Carole Baskin fed her second husband to tigers.

OJ Simpson has shared his thoughts on the Netflix hit Tiger King and his belief that Carole Baskin's missing husband was fed to tigers.

The seven-part documentary series focuses on the eccentric tiger-keeper Joe Exotic, who is currently in prison on charges including an alleged plot to murder his rival Baskin.

As part of the show, Baskin's life is profiled and it is revealed that her second husband Don Lewis mysteriously vanished in 1997 before being declared legally dead five years later.

Various theories about his disappearance were explored in the show, including an allegation that Baskin murdered Lewis and fed him to tigers - something she vehemently denies.

Speaking in a video posted to Twitter, Simpson - famously tried for the 1994 murders of Nicole Simpson Brown and Ron Goldman - told fans: "Listen, I've had so many people on my case asking me to watch some show called Tiger King.

"Yesterday, I watched this show and oh my god, is America in this bad a shape?

"One thing I will say, there's not a shred of doubt in my mind that that lady's husband is tiger sashimi right now. I'm just saying."

Simpson has been out of jail since October 2017 after serving nine years inside for his part in a casino robbery.
