David Boreanaz has posted a message of support to former Buffy The Vampire Slayer co-star Charisma Carpenter following her allegations against showrunner Joss Whedon.
Last week Carpenter accused the producer of creating a hostile environment on the set of the show and its spinoff Angel, as well as making disparaging remarks about her pregnancy.
Other co-stars have since come forward to voice their support, with Michelle Trachtenberg also accusing him of "not appropriate" behaviour, and now Boreanaz - aka Angel - has posted publicly on the issue.
Replying to Carpenter's original post on the matter on Twitter, he wrote: "I am here for you to listen and support you. Proud of your strength."
Carpenter replied: "I know you're there for me, David. I appreciate all you've done to demonstrate that support privately as well. Especially since Wednesday. -Thank you so much."
Almost a week on, Whedon himself has yet to respond to the allegations.
