Take a look at Channel 4's 'Super. Human.' trailer ahead of the broadcaster's coverage of the upcoming Tokyo Paralympics.

Channel 4 has launched its campaign for the upcoming Paralympic Games in Tokyo with a powerful three-minute trailer.

Called 'Super. Human.', the campaign aims to highlight the day to day struggles faced by elite athletes by putting an emphasis on the "human" aspect ahead of the "super".

A host of ParalympicsGB heroes appear in the trailer, including Kadeena Cox, Ellie Simmonds, David Smith and newly-crowned Wimbledon doubles champ Jordanne Whiley.

"Channel 4 has been instrumental in putting the Paralympics onto the world stage," said Zaid Al-Qassab, Channel 4's chief marketing officer.

"Our award-winning coverage and epic marketing campaigns have possibly done more to help shift society's perceptions around disability than anything else in the last 20 years.

"And our hope is that this powerful and provocative film will once again stir viewers and continue Channel 4's legacy of challenging attitudes and giving a voice to those with disabilities."

A year later than planned, the Paralympics take place in Tokyo between August 24 and September 5.
