'Desperate Housewives' cast to reunite without Hatcher, Huffman

The cast of Desperate Housewives are to reunite for a charity live stream on Sunday, but Teri Hatcher and Felicity Huffman will not participate.

The cast of Desperate Housewives are to reunite for a charity special on Sunday to raise money for actors who have lost work due to coronavirus.

The live stream, part of the Stars In The House series, will feature members of the cast reminiscing about their time on the drama via webcam from their respective homes.

According to the Daily Mail, Marcia Cross, Vanessa Williams, Brenda Strong, Dana Delany and Eva Longoria have all agreed to take part but main cast members Felicity Huffman and Teri Hatcher will not be participating.

Huffman has retreated from the media spotlight after spending two weeks in jail last year for her part in a college entrance exam cheating scandal, while Hatcher has always been dogged by rumours that she did not get along with her Housewives co-stars.

The show ran for eight seasons on ABC in the US, ending in 2012.
