Rock legend Carlos Santana was hospitalised today after what was described as a "medical emergency" ahead of a gig.
The 77-year-old - lead star of the band Santana - was at the Majestic Theater in San Antonio, Texas preparing for tonight's concert when he "suffered an emergency" and paramedics were called.
According to TMZ, which broke the story, Santana was taken out of the venue on a gurney for suspected dehydration.
The star is currently undergoing further testing and as of yet the gig has not been officially cancelled, although that could change if he is not deemed fit enough to take to the stage.
Santana previously collapsed on-stage in the middle of a show in July 2022, with his team subsequently stating that the cause was "heat exhaustion and dehydration".
