A new full-length trailer has been released for the camp comedy horror sequel M3GAN 2.0.

The first movie followed M3GAN, a lifelike human doll developed by Gemma (Allison Williams) who became a companion for Gemma's grieving niece Cady (Violet McGraw).

The doll's in-built caring features had unintended consequences, however, as M3GAN soon became over-protective of Cady and turned homicidal.

The finale of the first film saw M3GAN seemingly destroyed, but the new trailer reveals that her underlying technology was subsequently stolen and turned into a robot doll named Amelia - forcing Gemma and Cady to resurrect the original M3GAN in order to take Amelia down.
