It's the day of Dot's funeral and Sonia is still struggling to write her eulogy. Lauren arrives and reminisces about Dot with Ricky, Jack and Sonia. Looking for inspiration, Sonia lets herself into the launderette - and when Martin finds her in there, he encourages her to just speak from the heart.
The residents line the streets to say one final goodbye to Dot Branning. Sharon's delighted when Colin arrives.
